Factories connect to SPUN for free. Factory access will always be free. Pricing above applies to brand seats only. Orders exceeding your plan limit carry over as inactive and are reactivated in the next billing period or when you upgrade.
Questions about how SPUN works
Email [email protected] with a brief description of your brand, roughly how many purchase orders you run at a time, and which factories or regions you source from. We will follow up within one business day. Onboarding is handled by our team directly and takes about 30 minutes via screenshare.
Yes. For SPUN to show you milestone data, your factories need to log checkpoints when each production stage completes. This requires a one-time setup of their factory account, which takes about 15 minutes. After that, checkpoint logging is done through a mobile-friendly web form that works on any phone. Our team handles factory onboarding as part of your setup.
A purchase order is active from the date it is created in SPUN through the date it reaches "shipped" status. Orders that have shipped or been cancelled do not count against your plan limit. If you have seasonal production with more orders in some months than others, you can upgrade your plan for a specific period and downgrade after.
The platform itself works with any factory that can access a web browser. Our current focus for factory onboarding support is the Bandung and West Java production corridor. Factories in other regions can create accounts and log checkpoints using the same mobile form. If you are sourcing from outside Indonesia, contact us to discuss whether our current onboarding support fits your setup.
Plans are billed monthly with no long-term contract. You can cancel at the end of any billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months but you are not locked in beyond the current billing cycle. Annual billing with a small discount is available on request for the Growth and Scale plans.
